牛師父成立於西元1999年，創立之初延攬台灣可樂娜知名老師傅，教授傳統的手工糖果製作工藝，從食材處理、原料調配、加工烘焙製作等每道工法，都是老師傅精心教導完成。牛師父製作糖果不只具有台灣傳統風味，口感、味道也都令人讚賞不已。因為傳承自老師傅的好味道，牛師父在台灣除了受到知名的食品大廠肯定，指定為合作廠商，牛師父所生產的系列產品也銷往香港、大陸、美國、英國、澳洲、加拿大、馬來西亞、新加坡等地。
 
牛師父為了提供更好的產品給客戶，所有原物料合作廠商都經過嚴格把關，也為了維護消費者權益，牛師父所生產之產品經過瑞士通用驗證集團（SGS Group）台灣檢驗科技股份有限公司檢驗合格，且產品皆有投保2千萬產品責任險，以確保產品的安全與衛生。
 
牛師父為糖果專業製造代工（OEM）廠，從研發、設計、製造到包裝整線生產，除了幫食品大廠代工合作外，也與台灣各地區農會、牧場合作，結合傳統糖果製造工藝及各地不同的農特產，研發出多種不同的創新口味，像是茶葉、牛奶、米食及咖啡、花生、金棗、落神花、草莓、芒果等各類水果製作出牛軋糖、牛奶糖或喉糖、軟糖、酥糖等系列產品，協助農民創造高經濟價值的附屬產品，也替台灣農業創造出不同的一條路。
 
除了目前現有的產品之外，牛師父也提供客製化服務，依照客戶的需求，製造客戶所要求的產品，讓客戶產品在市場上獨樹一格。牛師父未來也將繼續秉持著精益求精的精神，不斷在糖果的製作與創新上，創造出令人驚艷的成績，讓人吃得美味、吃得快樂、吃得安心。 

Master Nu, a brand from Taiwan, originated from the technique of a well-known master from Taipei in 1999. Each process for producing the traditional hand-made candy, like ingredients-selecting, raw material-blending and baking was taught by the master. Contributing to make healthy candy, master Nu has been putting great efforts on improving to produce healthier products.

The distinctive flavor originated from senior master made master Nu get appreciations from Taiwan’s famous food manufacturing brands and become partner-designated. Products such as nougat, milk sugar, walnut cake, candy and crisp candy combined with traditional candy manufacturing process and various agricultural products to help farmers create high economic value of the subsidiary products. All of these help us promote Taiwan’s brand and export to Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States, Britain, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and so on.
